2011 Builders Hall of Fame

Congratulations Vern Ziegler of Zieger "Ziggy's" Lumber Company and Leonard Terzenbach, CGP, CGA of Bell-Anderson Insurance

In a celebratory night for the local building industry, two dynamic SHBA members were inducted into the Home Builders Hall of Fame on May 26th at the Davenport Hotel. In its fifth incarnation, Vern Ziegler and Leonard Terzenbach, CGP, CGA were welcomed into the elite club as a result of their contributions to the building industry and the Association.

Both Leonard and Vern have been politically active and have been very supportive of building industry endorsed candidates. As a result, numerous elected offcials and industry leaders were in attendance to honor both of these gentlemen. Leonard was inducted by former BIAW Executive Vice President Tom McCabe while Vern was inducted by Dave Moore. The Master of Ceremony was KXLY Newscaster Mark Peterson and the keynote address was provided by State Senator Michael Baumgartner. While she was unable to attend, we also received a video message from U.S. Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers.

Because the Hall of Fame event serves as the primary fundraiser for the Community Builders Trust PAC, we are very grateful to all of the individuals who stepped up to support the event.
