Since 1982, BIAW’s R.O.I.I. program has returned over $500 million in refunds to program participants.

Affordable Health Insurance
The BIAW Health Insurance program provides you with rate stability while giving your employees excellent benefits. Over 20 custom plans include the options of medical, dental, vision, and life and disability coverage. All benefit plans include 100% coverage for preventive care benefits.

Member Rebate Program

The Remodelers Council has given me tremendous opportunity for leadership and networking with members. I have completed the CAPS [Certified Aging-in-place Specialist] and CGR [Certified Graduate Remodeler]. These educational opportunities which have been beneficial to our remodeling business. Each month, as I participate in the meetings, I continually learn about new products and how they can benefit our customers and our business.

The ability to meet and engage with individuals with similar goals and who face the same challenges that I do is the primary reason I am so active in the association. As a member of the SHBA I have not only built business partnerships but personal friendships that have given me opportunities that I wouldn’t have otherwise had.

I have found that Government Affairs and Advocacy is like the crystal ball for my business. It lets me know what challenges are coming and gives me the voice to promote effective change.

A big reason why Condron Homes is a SHBA Member is to be a part of ROII Select. My company received a refund check in the amount of $4,624.96 this year from L&I which more than pays for the SHBA yearly dues. Other reasons we choose to remain a SHBA Member include: staying informed of code changes with the monthly ‘codes meetings’, networking with other members of the building industry, supporting elected officials that support small business and the building industry (PAC), staff support for handling L&I claims at no charge, group rate employee health insurance and the opportunity to participate in the Fall Festival of Homes.

I joined the SHBA to grow my business and increase my connections. Most organizations welcome your membership but fail to guide you throughout your journey. That is the not the case with the Spokane Home Builders Association. They have an experienced staff that understands relationships and how they relate to a successful business.

Being a Member of the Spokane Home Builders Association as been an invaluable experience. Having the opportunity to meet and interact with like-minded professionals provided me the opportunity to start my own business and continue to grow and flourish. The numerous education, networking and leadership development opportunities available through the Association can only benefit your business. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for the Spokane Home Builders Association.
