Who We Are

The Spokane Home Builders Association is an over 1,000-member trade association created to provide a unified voice for the building industry. SHBA members come from all sectors of the building trades including bankers, plumbers, electricians, attorneys, excavators, and of course, builders.

What We Do

We exist to promote and protect the viability of the building industry by serving its members, who strive to meet the housing needs of all Americans. The SHBA provides member companies with beneficial programs to grow their business:

EDUCATION: Developing a professional building industry. 

PROMOTIONS: Marketing member services.
