The Young Professionals Council (SHBA: Next) seeks to encourage young leaders to get involved and help continue the proud tradition of our association and industry involvement into the future. SHBA: Next Gen’s focuses on encouraging membership and relationships among people under the age of 45 within the home building industry.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The SHBA Next Leadership, Education and Development Scholarship Program (L.E.A.D.S) helps further vision of the council, to increase engagement for those under 45 in our industry, by providing opportunities for young professionals to attend National events, attend education classes, and participate on councils at bot the State and National level.
